Blessings to all the new Seekers. My name is Ashley and I am so grateful Your Journey has brought you here. About 10 years ago I began my search for something deeper and more meaningful. The opportunity to heal, and later the opportunity to serve. I would love to share my story with you, but most importantly, I would love to show you just how powerful YOU really are. You have the ability to heal, to change, to grow, to become the best version of yourself. It only takes one step in a different direction to guide us to our next chapter. I am here to help serve those who are ready to begin that process. The Seekers, the Lovers, the Warriors, the next generation of Healers. I am here for YOU. THANK YOU

Most of you know me as the owner of Nutrishop. But I thought I would introduce you to the other side of me.  The side I haven't been able to show because of my own insecurities and self doubt. 

I began my personal journey of finding inner peace and what makes me ME when I left the state of California 6 years ago. I did not know that the universe was going to bring me to a world of pure love and understanding, a power to heal my traumas, and be able to grow into the women I deserve to be. 

I have been able to dedicate the time into myself over the years to be able to express myself in a positive light, tackle my anxiety and depression with holistic methods, and break down walls that I have put in place for over 20 years. 

Im so grateful for the opportunity to help other women find inner peace and guide them to a power within that has been blocked for too long.
